This lovingly restored library has a fully furnished meeting room or office space is available, as the Rural Boardroom at Marsden Estate is located in a Grade 11 listed, architecturally significant Arts and Crafts library. All our workspaces utilise and harness energy in a prestigious working environment. The Rural Boardroom is approximately 1,475 square feet. Linking and celebrating restored buildings’ past with today; using hydro, solar and biomass to supplement the estate. The Rural Boardroom is equipped with a commercial kitchen, male and female WCs, disabled WC on the ground floor and a shower. As well as the main meeting room, there are breakout rooms for smaller meetings, and a small office on the first floor, and access to the Marsden Peach House and the River Churn. The Rural Boardroom first class ultrafast broadband.
Ample parking is available, including four 7kW electric vehicle charging points.
